Patents MonsterRAX is patented by Eagle Industrial Group Inc. It is our policy to defend our patents and intellectual property to the maximum extent possible. Our patents protect the rights of our licensed dealers and we have been successful defending them. Eagle's Utility patent number 7,357,262 gives us the protected right to use "C" channel beams in the construction of our racks. Although these beams have been available for use in free-standing shelving, we have patented the ability to manufacture, sell and use them in an overhead storage rack structure. This patent also give us the sole right to connect to more than one ceiling joist. Additionally, we hold Design patent number D553,401 which patents the specific design of our ceiling bracket. This bracket allows for multiple adjustments during the installation process. In addition, it substantially reduces the amount of time it takes to install.
Many companies have tried to "Knock-Off" our designs and concepts with little success. Under this policy it is known to the industry that we have and will use the court system to defend these rights.

Shipping We ship using the most effective form of transportation. If you are in our local delivery area, your order may be delivered by our own delivery trucks. If you are outside our local delivery area your order is shipped ground or by freight carrier. It is important to give us your phone number during checkout in order to contact you for the delivery. If you would like to receive tracking numbers, ensure you include an email with your order.
Damaged Items We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in a shipment when they are shipped by common carriers. Inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any damage or missing items or delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain all carton/packaging and call our customer service line 1-877-655-3443. We will make every effort to provide you with replacement parts as needed.
Lead Time Normal shipments require 2-3 days to process and ship. If you have a special need for our products please call in your order. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
